How is this different from other online coaches or apps?

How much time do I realistically need each week?
Most clients train 3-5 times per week 45-75 minutes per session. Everything is built around efficiency. More time is not better - better structure is.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
A gym is ideal, but programs can be adapted for home setups or travel when needed. The goal is consistency - not perfection.
